[Resolved] Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Delayed my refund amount

Hi, I am Mohamed javith my SEJC BILL no:1558, 1539 I apply for qatar job in sai consultancy on September 2020 I paid one lakh rupees on basis of a 6months contract but they couldn't provide me job and it prolonged up to June 2022 so I waiting for my visa confirmation 1 year and 9 months then I decided to cancel my job process and request to refund my money back While asking for refund, they said to send a requisition mail and they would refund the money within 3-4 weeks as per their policy. After continuous follow up they told me July 26 you will get your refund but today(july 26) they told me August 8 your refund date so it really frustrated because I am waiting for job 1.75 years but they couldn't provide me visa again I am waiting for my refund but still they couldn't provide me on right time I have already face some financial problems regarding this refund amount so I request to sai organization give me my money back before your mentioned (Aug 8) date Was this information helpful? As per your job request we showed our preferred attention to your job process. But the Visa process got delayed based on the Qatar Government rules started to provide the limited Visa’s only.
During the pandemic situations we couldn’t provide the job placement. We should complete the previous batch. So, the current batch process got prolonged the days.

Mr.Javith,

We are not intensely did anything to you. As per the agreement we need to refund the full amount.
So, that we couldn’t refund on time.

Our sincere apologies for the job process delay and as per the terms and conditions we already enclosed the time duration, disclaimer and refund policy and we already updated the situations to you.
As per your refund request we have transferred your full amount.
