[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — fake promises on refund and never responding to calls

I'm Chandramohan.M from Coimbatore. I have applied for a Singapore job opening with SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY on Jan 17, 2024 and has paid Rs.1, 01, 000 including the registration fee ad the Abroad opportunity's initial pay by signing the an agreement with SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY. Due to my wife's medical conditions i was unable to continue with my agreement. So I requested for a refund by Feb 2nd, 2024 through mail. I have attached all the acknowledgements given by SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY in that mail. But till date they haven't processed my request and never responded back regarding this. Also they are not sharing the contact person's details to ask directly to them. But they keep on saying that their team will contact shortly. It's been 70+ plus days passed and still I'm getting the same response from them and that too they are just copy pasting the email answers as they couldn't find time to type it. This is really frustrating as my family was suffered with medical issues and due to that all my future plans were collapsed. I have explained all these to SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY but they haven't heard anything out of it. When i was
showing the interest to join their consultancy they keep on calling me to make the payment but after the payment their communication level started decreasing and once i requested for refund they behaved like never respecting me as a customer. Even i have referred couple of my friends to them and they joined as well. So i kindly requesting the government to get my money back from this irresponsible consultancy whose motive is to get money from customer and not giving it back in time. Most of the complaints in this portal has the similar situations but since SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY is resolving those people are still trusting this i guess. My point is keep on resolving the complaints doesn't mean that you are a genuine one. First of all these issues shouldn't be happened to customers. I don't know how government is still allowing such crimes till date. SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY is playing with the customer's emotions very easily and no one is questing them. That's the reason they are still existing in this field. I kindly requesting the government to take necessary action against this and help people like me to not suffer by this poor and fake promising SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY.
