Hi, this is Vignesh, I applied for Singapore job with Sai education and job consultancy. At first they asked me to pay Rs. 1000 on 4 april 2023 as registration and then I paid Rs. 50, 000 as an initial payment to start the procedure, which I paid on 10 April 2023. They assured me that the process would be completed within 4 months. However, they have not made any progress and asked me to wait until August 2023. after there is still no response from them so then I applied for a refund on 27 September 2023, and they give fake promise it would be refunded within 3 to 4 weeks. When I call there is no response and they give fake promises and date for refund. now its been 1 year I'm still waiting and suffering to get my refund.

I'm continuously following up in person and calling them but they never answered the phone call and text me saying they wait I'll call you or will do the online procedure in two days. After a several follow up, they said they would send a deed with a specified date for the refund. Finally, they mentioned the 29 May 2024 and asked me to sign the deed. Today its 3 June 2024 I didn't get the refund and they are not even giving and response. They are mentally making me suffer for past 6 months.

Please help me with this issue and get it resolved ASAP. Thank you so much for you HELP!
