I am writing to request a refund for the consultancy fees paid for the job placement services provided by Sai Group of Consultancy, as per our agreement.

According to our agreement, we were promised a job placement at "Daimler India" within 2-3 months. However, they could not offer me a job withing this time frame and the response were not clear and trustable due to unforeseen delays, this timeline has been extended beyond what was initially agreed upon. As a result, we have decided to withdraw from the job placement process and request a refund of the consultancy fees amounting to 50, 000 rupees, along with the initial processing fee of 1, 000 rupees, totaling 51, 000 rupees.

They did not provide any date for refund, I am seeing multiple complaints as similar to my case they are not refuding the amount and kept delaying. So i want to be cautious and filling a complaint here. hope someone respond to me. Otherwise, I had to take legal action. Because we are in need of our money, and not ready to tollerate anymore.
