[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund delay

I'm writing to you to let you know, that I have been waiting for my refund since 4 months. They are not responding me properly. Initially I paid the money for teaching job in UAE, once the process got delayed, I wanted my money back. Even after many emails and calls, they are not refunding my money. Two times they told me the refund date, but still they are not responding and not even answering my phone and text. Don't know what to do. I approached this consultancy based on the Google reviews, but now I think it's the worst consultancy doing fake promises.

We have limitation for every process. We have checked our records you have applied job through Our Sai Education and Job Consultancy Pvt Ltd.

As per your job request we showed our preferred attention to your job process.

Due to the Visa process delay and based on the Government rules the job process got delayed and prolonged the days.

Our sincere apologies for the job process delay and as per the terms and conditions we already enclosed the time duration, disclaimer and refund policy and we already updated the current situations to you.

Some cancellation issue delayed to refund the amount.

We have completed your closing procedures and transferred the payment also.
