I am writing to formally address a matter of grave concern regarding a payment made to Sai Education and Job Consultancy. On 13th May 2024, I paid an amount of ₹1, 00, 000 as part of an agreement with the consultancy, where they promised to secure a job placement for me at IBM within two months. However, despite the agreed-upon timeframe, the consultancy has failed to fulfill their commitment.
On 13th July 2024, I personally met with Vijay, the manager, to request a refund, as the job placement had not been provided. During this meeting, Vijay assured me that the refund would be processed within a week. Unfortunately, this was a false promise. Following numerous calls and further inquiries, I was informed by their backend team that the refund deadline was extended to 13th August 2024. However, this deadline also passed without any resolution.
Despite continuous follow-up and persistent calls, the organization offered various unconvincing reasons to delay the refund. Eventually, Fathima, the representative who initially facilitated the payment, contacted me on 23rd September 2024, promising that the refund would be completed by 4th October 2024. Once again, the consultancy failed to meet this deadline, citing further reasons such as a delayed cheque deposit.
On 9th October 2024, after repeated delays, Fathima assured me that the process would be completed by 10th October 2024. However, I have still not received my refund, and the organization has ceased communicating with me, either avoiding my calls or providing vague excuses.
I have exercised patience and complied with their extended deadlines, but this ongoing deceit and lack of accountability have caused significant distress. This situation is not unique to me; it appears that this organization is exploiting other individuals in a similar manner.
I am requesting immediate action to ensure the full refund of my ₹1, 00, 000, which was paid in good faith. The individuals involved in this process are Vijay (Manager), Princy, and Fathima, and the office is located at:
