Saibal Biswas — Abnormally high amount of the electricity bill for the month May 2014

Dear Sir, My consumer no. is [protected] and the consumer type is domestic. Recently I have got an electricity bill and the billing amount is abnormally high for the month May 2014. If you compare the monthly consumption for the last six months, you will understand the scenario. The units consumption for the month of May 2014 is 374 units and the billing amount is INR 2790. I want to challenge this figure. Could you please investigate why this abnormality happen? Request you to send your representative to my address to verify the same.
