Dear sir,
This is regarding my home plan and drawing.
The firm name is:saini architects

I paid advance money for the consultation 4000rs.
But he had provided me half plan that also without any technical full details even after 5 visit.
Saini architect has not gave me any proper bill as per the taxation as per 23 of the architect act, 1972 (20 of 1972).
He is not the technocratic mind and not supportive.
M/s saini is the reputed firm, but doing unethical work and money translation in black way.
Myself also an engineer but respect the enforced govt rule and humanity.
Though you i wanted to provide attention to all users, not to pay bill without proper bill in original in the architect field also, as well i would request you for the action against the taxation law enforcement.
