Respected sir/madam

I am dr. B. Kiranmayee, a resident of pradhampuri colony, sainikpuri, kapra is facing following issues due to the empty plot which is there beside my house
1.) people in the apartments around the plot are throwing garbage.
2.) many stray dogs are breeding in the plot, the dogs are biting colony people. They keep barking all night and won't let people sleep.
3.) too many palnts in the plot due to which there are too many mosquitoes which can lead to dengue, malaria. Etc
4.) many snakes are coming into my house from the plot which is dangerous to our lives.
5.) the property owner has not visited plot since 2 years, and she asked us to complaint to whomever we want and she won't get it cleaned.

Above problems have become our daily burden and we are living with fear in our house, i request you to take immediate action and provide us any solution for this problem.
