There is fraudulent activity, misuse of funds and SCAM of Seven Lakhs by Sai Vadan Association President Sathyamoorthy, Murali, Ravi, Rajesh Pareek and Somasundaram at Plot No.A12, Said Vadan Apts, Thiruvengadam Nagar 1st main, Ambattur OT, chennai 600053. All the year, said vadan association president collects more maintenance charges from all flat owners. The monthly expenses are only Electricity, watchman salary, Drinking water all together the per month expenses is only Rupees Eight Thousand and there are 30 houses and each house contribution is only three hundred rupees but the sai vadan association president collects Rs.1200/- as monthly expenses which on total from 30 houses come to Rs.36, 000/- But the monthly expenses are only Rs.8000/-. The balance amount the saivadan associatiin president sathyamoorthy, secretary murali, finance person Ravi, Rajesh Pareek and Somasundaram steals for their home expenditure. These association members produce fraudulent bills saying plumbing charges, building maintenance charges etc, , and do frauds and steals the huge amount of association funds. Even now they are collecting twenty thousand from each flat owners on total of Rupees seven lakhs saying that they are relating and replacing the pipe lines. The building is only ten years old and the overhead tank pipe lines are in good condition. Only with the motive of stealing and SCAM of huge amount to purchase a plot or flat, these association members are collecting seven lakhs rupees on total each house twenty thousand where there is no any necessity to repair the overhead pipelines and breaking the existing pipeline and not providing water to the resident. In ten years that too building constructed by a private builder. Private builders always checks the quality of pipes and construct and water pipeline will not have any defect in ten years and will last for more than 50 years. Moreover as per the construction agreement, there should not be any deviation in the pipe line structure like removing and dismantling the pipeline so that some resident don't get water. Dismantling one house pipeline and not providing water that too during summer season or in any season is a crime done by Sai vadan association president Sathyamoorthy and other EC members. Though I launched complaint to Ambattur OT police station, since these association president send his wife and Rajesh Pareek wife to do prostitution with Asst commissioner Ambattur chennai and Joint commissioner Ambattur chennai and also due to the corruption in Ambattur OT police chennai, my complaint was not considered and I an living alone in my house. Already there was attempt of murder on me by these association president and my neighbour Rajesh Pareek family for which Rajesh Pareek wife is not arrested.
