The enjoy city has a policy that for a visit the customer need to book the visit period. We have purchased 20 tickets 2 years back and its validity is 3 years. We have planned a visit on 07.11.2021 but due to unavoidable circumstance we will not be able to visit on 07.11.2021. Hence, we have requested to the company for cancellation of booking and postpone the visit in the month of may'2022. The company has rejected the request and forcing us to visit on the same day or any day during the same week. As per company policy hosted on its website, they have not mentioned about cancellation of booking and are exploiting the customer without providing proper information.
