Sal Hospital — Covid Vaccination taken still not showing in Cowin website

Hi,

We have booked appointment for Covishield vaccine on 15 Mar 21 and taken vaccine on 16 Mar 21 but still they have not updated details on cowin website and now when we have taken second vaccine in government school on 28 April 21 this second vaccine shows as as first dose, so vaccine of Sal hospital not at all showing at all. i have proof of payment receipt. Try to call many times at hospital landline and mobile number but they said they can't do anything.
