After seeing their ad in many places about sale-bazaar.com (Big Bazaar), I placed an order for 49' Ultra (4K) Television on 8/5/2021 with order no 879736. I paid Rs.18, 209 as mentioned in the ad. I also received a payment confirmation through SMS which said my order is being processed.
After that there is no news about fate of my order. Their telephone numbers are not working. I sent at least 10 emails to them but there is no response. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or fraud. I am still unable to contact them. You can see the website sale-bazaar.com for various products. How can I get my product or money back?
