I saw a link to this company in the TOI app on my mobile phone. I followed up. The site has the name and logo similar to Big Bazaar, which actually foxed me. I booked a TV on 22nd Nov 2020.

The company after quite a few follow-ups marked the order as completed. When asked, I was told that the product has been given to their courier company Fast box delivery (Fast Box ) and I should coordinate with them.
I have not received the product as of today 24th March 2021.
