I purchase a window ac from sales emporium jadavpur branch as on 04/10/2019 & pay the full amount by card, but today is 18/10/2019 they could not able to deliver the product as of now. First they have asked me that product will be dispatched on 15th of this month but till now i'm not getting my ac. I have call rakhi (Store executive) several times but she is not reciving my call. They are just horrible.
I request you to kindly look into matter on priority.
