Saleshop365 — Did not receive the promised product

I ordered an eye mask from saleshop online website for 200rs on 14th May. I paid the amount through online transaction but I did not receive the product yet. Tried calling their phone number but its switched off. I've also mailed their help desk, but no response yet. Desirable resolution - Either send the product or refund the amount.
