Salesnprice.com — he has not dispatch my orders as he told

I have done transition of rs.2999 through
Selsnprice.com and rs.9500, 9600, 4999 and rs.5902 with transaction ids bp07p6g4, bpw5e517, bpy7e2p7 and bpx7q2b9 on 27 october 2018 through jdpayy.
He has told me that he will dispatch electronic items and gold. And he will give me tracking id with contact details of courier partner. But he has given nothing. He was calling me by difference numbers these numbers are:
