Yes sales plow is a fraud website, and it is not even having any contact number on website why google bot do not remove this website?
Also google ads should stop the ads, any buddy who got cheated by salesplow.co, should write to google search which rank this website and should complaint to google ads that stop ads of sales plow, and similar websites.
You can have one email of salesplow while ordering there is option of contact, there this email is given

Other wise on there delivery cover some contact details is given which may be fraud see image
