Salmataj — refund not processed

Hi i had placed an order with amazon on 27th july and canceled it on 29th july the amount was refunded on 29th july only the reference no is[protected] and the amount is rs9600 which is not credited to my account. Please help me to solve this issue. I am waiting since mostly 2months it is a humble request that this issue will be sorted out as soon as possible please help yours salmataj
