Saloni Motor Training School — motor training not completed/fees paid full

Saloni motor training school - office in ghatkopar east, mumbai, maharashtra.
I am a resident of gahtkopar east.
This is a motor training school where i had approached with my husband to take training for four wheeler and to get driving license for four wheeler as well as 2 wheeler.
We were assured that once we pay the fees, an online application would be made for learning license and post receipt of learning license, the training would start which would be 22 sessions (30 min/session).
I paid rs.2000/- as advance on 12th may 2017 and the remainder rs. 4000/- on
9th sep 2017.
Training started on 4th sep 2017. Few sessions were taken in september and few in october after many calls and follow ups. Sessions never used to be on time or on the day decided and everytime there used to be a reason to cancel the training like - car is not working, car is stuck in traffic, personal problem, etc. Many a times it used to happen that i used to keep waiting and the trainer never turned up for his convenience without informing about the cancellation of class. For september and october there were reasons like ganesh festival and navratri to not take classes.
Thereafter again car was not working and the owner of the training school had called for some trainer from elsewhere, so we were waiting for him to arrive. I used to constantly follow up on calls and used to visit office as well to enquire when would the training resume. Everytime i used to be assured that i will get a call confirming about training but i never got one until and unless i visited the office.
After many rigorous follow ups and visit to the office, finally one training got scheduled on 2nd dec 2017 after the last session in oct, 2017.
Again after this session there were no classes since as per the owner again car was not working, while all this my learning license was going to get expired in jan, 2018. When i again visited the office, he told me to take leave from work since learning license would expire and before that i need to appear for final test at rto. We agreed that i would go for test at rto and post which he would complete my remainder training sessions. I took leave from work on 2nd jan 18 and left for test, however unfortunately on the same day there were riots due to dalit issues and a havoc was created, all roads were blocked and people were being harassed by the protesters so i had to come back without giving test.
Next day was maharashtra bandh and my license expired on 4th jan 18. I approached the owner and told him that its because of his negligence my training couldnot be completed even after 6 months and hence again a learning license will have to be applied and i am not liable to pay for it. After much discussion, he applied for learning license, i again had to take leave from work and go to rto for learning license.
After this there was no confirmation if he had received my learning license so that we could start the training. I again made multiple calls and visits to office but in vain. Every time i sued to be assured that training would commence from a particular date and finish by a particular date and i would be giving my final test on 3rd mar 2018. However again training didnot commence and i had to make multiple calls which were never responded. After several calls he used to answer my call and told me he would sms me the number of trainer and trainer would call me up, which again i didnot receive so had to again make several calls and finally i got trainer's number who was going to train me. After several attempts the trainer attended my call and assured me that he would give me 2hrs training on sunday
(Since monday to saturday they dont have time) and complete my training.
I kept waiting on sunday 18th mar 18, however he didnot turn up, when i called to enquire i was told go back home since car is in garage and when car is repaired we would let you know.
Till date my training of just 22 sessions has not been completed and still 10 sessions are pending, even afer complete fees being paid on 9th sep 2017
I need immediate resolution to this.
