Applied for a pan card on 22/09/2020 with a payment of 379. As per the instruction I shared the required documents and filled application form to the address provided for further processing. Got back the response on 24/09/220 as application received successfully. On 29/09/2020 status updated as "Your application will submitted to the authorities shortly. On successful submission a Coupon Number will be sent to you through e-alerts."
Post that there is no update on the application processing. No proper customer support. No valid contact details for communication. Kindly take action against the firm.
