Samantha Communication Private Limited — Fraud or fake assurance of issuing Personal account number(PAN card) , financially cheated

Samantha Communication Private Limited deceive me as they will help me by providing me or issue me personal account number (pan card), physically and they asked a payment of Rs399 for the PAN card. But deceive me with fake or false promises, but they never provided or issue me a acknowledge number for the application of PAN card. Today I spoken with NSDL or pan card customer care and enquire the same question that I had already payed money for pan card on April 19 2021. But the customer care executive told me they never received any money and charge or fees for PAN card is only Rs 107. So I paid again Rs 107 for the pan card.they deceived me and charge more then the amount needed for a PAN card. I am sharing the transaction details or screenshots as proof of the payment done using phone pe. I had to pay twice for a pan card Rs399 and 107 to NSDL website.
