Samdarshi — Paid in cash without receipt

Dear sir, i am travelling form kolkata to muzaffarpur post 1am morning today my fast tage stopped working, and not being able to recharge the same also.I have fastag so i feel i am not considered as non fastag case.

At tora toll plaza concern person sanjan jha, tora toll plaza nalanda biharetaken toll tax in cash from me of actual amount but did not given any recipt for the same.
I need recipt for the same, also submit complain how people are taking many in such war.
