Worst service ever after taking payment no coordination at all for 6 days. Worst driver given rajendra kumar (Guddu). Please be aware from this driver as after the payment he taking care of how can your trip get spoiled. If more information required contact me [protected] and one more thing all positive reviews are fake trust me its worst company and service also.

I just wanted to share how much I enjoy dealing with Sampuran yatra Travel. You have great people working to make business travel as painless as possible. I have worked a lot with Neha Kanojia – she is brilliant.

She is cheerful and always willing to help you find the best travel options. She has great follow up and always is armed with a “how might we” attitude. I love when I press and she answers the phone!

Myself Pankaj kumar pathak and i am also hotelier and we are three family tour package booked from your company last week for shimla but which type of service provide me I explain it first when I paid advance amount around 43% company increase package amount than I was saying please leave it that employees not taken time and saying me money is not refund this is our company policy your money is lost and so many times called me for pay 50% amount other wise not book your tour package second thing hotel provide me like a dharamshala very dirty hotel room, floor, two days stayed in hotel but not any house keeping staff come in room or washroom cleaning, linen not change if you want to take a snacks for eat not provide, even tea also not good but chargeable water and tea, when I called your staff not any person picked up call or reply any message and senior staff provide me candles light dinner but not provide I book extra matress but not taken but not less amount in package, it's type you and your staff provide customer service always saying company policy if this is your policy how many years you run your business if you need one customer is first and last customer I think you don't know one customer give you so many business always not search new customer, when I told your employees please give me a owner number not provide me this type of service provider, so many problems facing in this tour next time not book tour package in your company

We paid token advance of rupees 7000 and before paying we mentioned If we have any personal problems or emergency issues we need the refund they also accepted it..Now neha is telling we won't refund the amount and seriously 7000 rupees they are stealing from us..worst travel ever

Fraud people's don't work with them they are nothing they have bad services our trip spoiled and they don't py to hotels
