I have owned a tata aria car and registered at a & n state transport authority vide regn no: an 01 j 5286 chassis no: mat614064arn00735 and only runned 14000 kims and i have list of complaints which i would like to rectify from from tata motors are mentioned below
1. That earlier on dt 04/08/2014 the gprs system of the vehicle was not functioning properly but the has not been sought out till date ref no 1 - [protected] aria.
2. That now a problem /malfunction of the steering system system has started then i visited the andaman motors for the maintenance and repair and a wheel alignment has been made by the service and said the vehicle has been repaired and rectified the problem and on the day when reached a speed of 60 km/hrs the steering system was failed and fortunately i managed to escape the accident and i complained about the same to the toll free number and till till date no call has been received to me regarding the the call i have made for the service. 3. It is overall learnt that the spares o the tata aria is not available in the authorized dealer in andaman's or they are not not in position to procure and supply the same for repairing the same.
4. That i humbly request that necessary arrangement may be made to exchange the said vehicle on cost or by exchange by a new car of any model.
