Samsung Galaxy J7 Max Sm-G615F — complaint against samsung service centres engineers giving me wrong information and not repairing my mobile

My name is gurdeep singh and i own a samsung galaxy j7 max mobile my complaint is that my mobile's both sims network losts automatically several times therefor i took my mobile to samsung service centre. I took my mobile to service centre on 15 september 2018 before 5 days of my mobile's warranty expires i showed my mobile samsung service engineer i told her about my problem she told me that she tries if the problem solves by flashing or software updating my phone they told me to wait after few minutes the showed me my mobile with opening its body and showing me its motherboard showing a small amount of moisture near charging port and told me that the problem was with the hardware and they have to change my mobile's motherboard but they also told me that i have to pay for it but i told that it is in warranty she said yes i know it is in warranty but i have to pay because it is caused because of my carelessness but i told that i am very carefull about my phone and don't even put my phone apart she told me i need to pay 1110 rupees for the repairs than says that i its under some scheme therefore the charges are low otherwise it is very high i accept to pay and left my phone to service engineer they told me that the mobile should be repaired in 2 to 3 days till 18 sep 2018 and told me to call before coming to pick my mobile from service centre than i left the service centre on 18 sep 2018 i call the samsung service centre customer care number than they told me that the motherboard they ordered has not been delivered yet therefore i have to wait for one more day i wait. On next day 19 sep 2018 i again call samsung service centre but the again told me to wait one or two more days as the parts are not delivered after 2 days i again call them they dont picked my phone and put my call on call forwarding and cancel my call again and again on the next day i again call them a gorl licked my phone and told me that my mobile will be ready till 22 september 2018 on saturday and to wait until than. I waited on saturday 22 september 2018 i got a phone call from samsung service centre saying me that my phone is repaired and told me to come and pick my phone i was very happy to hear that i go to service centre on evening 5:pm when i talked to samsung service centre service engineer and showed her the receipt or a form they gave me on first day when i left the phone to them and with charges noted on the recipt and name of the engineer who find the fault than he handover me my phone and took the reciept and put it in drawer she told me to check my mobile i checked my phone by putting my both sims in my phone all the data of previous motherboard are there they dont even software update or flash my phone it is as same as i left to them with no repairs than i checked my mobile for half an hour and the networks of my both sims lost than i showed to them than the service engineer who took reciept from me told me talk to someone on other counter the service engineer told me that my phone is out of warranty therefor it is not repaired i am so angry i told them i took my ohone to them befor 5 days of my phone's warranty expires they told me that on net it is expired on previous month but i told them that the engineer who took my phone on first day and the engineer who find my phone's fault doesn't my phone's warranty?. Than i asked them they are so careless that they dont even check the warranty before getting the mobile for repair i asked them the service engineer who called me on morning on the same day didn't know that my phone is not repaired as she told me that it is repaired. I am so angry and asked them that on first day they told that i have to pay under some special scheme available that time without covering it under warranty. Than how should the told me know that it is out of warranty no one listens to my complaint and starts closing the service centre because it is 6:30 pm and theg are going to close the service centre they dont listens to me and gave me my mobile unrepaired waisting my one week by only tolding me to wait and getting me my phone out if warranty and they succeed. Every engineer in service centre left the centre and the centrw was closed therefore i have to vome back home with no solution to my problem. Please please please help me i have the picture proof of the reciept they gave me on first day writting on it charges for repair and the engineer's name who find the fault the picture was attached is the email please some one help me i have a great faith in samsung brand please help me if no one helps me then my faith in samsung got weak. Please help me to get my phone repaired. And i also attached my phone 's bill as a proof of my mobile's warranty.
