I have booked the samsung 363L twin cooling technology refregirator through Samsung Shop. Product got shipped by Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. However, Xpressbees is not ready to deliver the product and also they are not ready so share the status of the product and even the hub where the product is. Even Samsung, Xpressbees and also Shiprocket is not ready to share the status of the product.

Current Date: 16th May 23
No idea where the product is and the cost of the product is Rs. 43500/-
Not getting any response from neither from Samsung nor from xpressbees.
Please help me on gettin g the amount back or the product any one is fine for me.
