Samsyng — Not providing warranty service on new AC purchase by Samsung

I had purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton split ac on 3rd Oct 2021 and it was delivered on 5th October 2021. After installation, the AC was found defective. The water tray of the AC was broken. I had contacted Samsung customer care for replacement of the faulty spare. However, I have not received any support from Samsung on this issue till date.
Samsung has denied any support and asked to take up the issue with supplier for solution. Rather, Samsung is asking me to pay Rs 1300/- ( approx) to replace the faulty spare parts.
Now that I have purchased a new AC unit from Samsung brand, I expect Samsung to provide warranty services and rectify the damaged parts under warranty cover. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Note: The delivery of the AC was done by flip kart.
