To all my site buyers at Mysuru :
Dear friends before buying any site in Sancity 1/ Vsan Infrastructure Pvt Ltd ( Real estate company) please go through below my experienced key points, later you have to think (Note: I have proofs).
About Sancity 1 real estate company/Vsan infrastructure Pvt Ltd
This company is not doing business correctly (As per law/RERA) because;
0. It's created it's own term's and conditions where this will not for both parties(Buyer and Seller) favour.
1. This company is not giving agreement in kannada instead of English.
(ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದು ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ಆಮೇಲೆ ನಮ್ಮವರೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸದೆ ಬೇರೆವರು ಹೇಗೆ ಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹೇಳಿ ?)
2. This company doing real estate business at Mysore, if so, the jurisdiction must be in Mysore only not in Bangalore. This condition must be changed in receipt and agreement.
(Help : MUDA has to help to people's on this because this is totally wrong)
3. Dedicated project manager is not allocated to Mysore branch.
4. Client required details are not sharing such as Name, Phone number
5. In the agreement client saw site number and survey number is not mentioning
6. Interest facility is not available for your cancellation of project, and you will be in loss.
7. Buy back option is not provided.
8. All payment breakup and hidden charges details are not explained in the agreement clearly
9. Delay in giving agreement
Hence, I am requesting all buyer please don't buy any site from Sancity1/Vsan infrastructure Pvt ltd. This is my experience and still this company not given my interest amount for the cancellation and first of all, I have not signed for their condition, if any for the cancelled sites and survey number.
