We are purchasing havells exhaust fan every month 24 nos & yours warranty is 2 years. 29/01/18 i claim warranty 12 nos exhaust fan from throw your customer care number he send your goa dealer company name wheels deals mapusa goa taken person name mrs sanjay mob. No. [protected]. I received back 10 nos exhaust fan & 2 is pending from 29/01/18 still i not receive exhaust fan i have been called havells customer call center so many time but no one visited in sandalwood resorts pvt ltd still not i not receive exhaust fan i have been called lots of time havells customer care. Customer care executive telling that our technician will visit our their but again 2 day technician is not coming & this type of service providing to the customer then who will purchase your exhaust fan customer care also speaking badly. Please check with your havells team that what problem with my exhaust fan why you r not responding to me regarding my exhaust fan warranty claim. If my problem is not solve then i will take legal actions again havells.
