Dear sir,

Refer to above mention ca no. Please note my dda lig flat sanctioned load is 5.00kw and i am using this connection since last 2 years. After changing this meter connection in my name from my father’s name e after my father demises. This connection was in my father’s name since allotment of our dda flat in year 1980. It means that this electric supply in my dda flat was using by us from last 36 years. Pls note this connection was sanctioned for domestic use only and i am using this supply from same premises same enteric appliances without any new concentration or increasing any new appliances.

And in last 36 years of history of this connection we never received any bill above then normal reading or above normal amount which you can check in your system patron o[censored]sages and reading of meter.

But last year 2015 we have received below mention bill which are 4 times of normal reading just for domestic connection. I have received following mentioned bill in 2015 month of august/september/july detail are follows: -

Please note all are bill consumption unit and bill amount wrongly billed to us and already one bill amount was considering for waver and adjusted in our further bill since it was due to ndpl/tata power delhi distribution ltd faulty meter and department mistake against bill but why another bill was not considering for waver.

O kindly consider another high amount and incorrect bill for revision and wave due to first running and also mdi of meter is only 3.5 maximum size but consumption is more than 2000 unit approx..

On what basis you have approved and given discount and one bill which was showing wrong reading and what processor you have calculated the waver amount.


Pls note for this problem i am following your disst. Office gm mr. Pawan at (Laxmi bai college office) and (Keshav puram office) with mr. Amit arora to correct my bill and provide me waver.

But after following more than one year. No relief is given to me and subsequently my electricity had disconnected and my meter was also removed by ndpl/tata without any notification or any receiving by myself.

Finally when i approach your both of offices than you have provided my full & final bill (Bill no. [protected]) dated : 7/1/16 for amount of rs. 34, 702 which is including excess billing of above mention bill due to faulty meter and non-corporation of your both the offices.

However, urgently advised me how and why you have calculated discount of one. Why not on both bills so that i can understand the what ndpl/tata discount policy and procedure.

I am requesting you that urgently correct my 2nd bill to provide me the waver on my excess billing and lpsc charges due to delay from your end. So that i deposit my full and final discounted electricity bill amount to restore my electricity connection and apply for the new meter.
