I am Sandeep patel. I have purchased smart watch from Myntra app brand name fire boltt ninja call 2. I have received this watch on date 12/05/22 just opened the watch it was in battery dead condition I have charged 3/4 hrs then also in few minutes it gets switch off. Next day i have charged full 100% then also watch gets switch off in 7/8 hours .I have complaint in Myntra customer care they told we are sorry about this complaint in fire bolt this is totally frawd done by Myntra selling damage products plzz help me out by exchanging the damage product of fire boltt watch.
