SANDHI SUDHA — False Commitment

I Bought Sandhi sudha Plus oil on 16 may 2015 through order no[protected], after having glance over the advertisement on T.V Moreover it stipulated that if you buy you will get 15 days money back guarantee if the oil does not give you desired results.I used it for 15 days according to the directions written on it but there was not even a pinch of relief to me.Calling the customer care they elucidated that there is no money back guarantee promised by the company and told to keep using as it cannot be returned nor i can get the money.It is an infernal nuisance, cheating and sandhi sudha is misleading people.For me it is subtle, gimmick to cheat and anomaly.I am fuddled.Please advice and guide what to do get he money back.
