Sandhi Sudha Plus — broken seal bottle

I ordered the oil on 22 july and i received it on27-july 2017. My order number is ssp-202786. The package i received was not in good condition and when i opened it, the oil is spilled in the carton and the seal of the bottle is broken. If needed i can mail the photos of oilled carton and broken seal bottle. Please take this product back and send a new pack or please return the product. I have e mailed the matter on the very same day but no action is take till now.

My order number is SSP-247347.i received the order today through Indiana distributions in aluva, ernakulam, kerala.when i opened the carton, it was filled with sandisudha oil that had leaked from the bottles.only one bottle had the seal and the other two were broken.incident occured on 14/5/2018.please take appropriate action as soon as possible.
