Sandip Kundu — Monthly Avg-Bal Non-Maintenance Charge M

I have one Saving A/C in SBI Jadavpur University Branch, A/C no. is [protected].
In 12th Jun 2017 Rs 115 has been deducted from my account for Monthly Avg-Bal Non-Maintenance Charge M.
With my saving a/c, Auto Sweep option had been enable by bank on 11.07.2015 without my permission.
From April 17 to till date clr balance is below Rs. 5000 and mod balance is Rs. 78803.
So my Saving Account total balance is above Rs. 5000.

So am requesting to you, pl. refund the Rs.115 as soon as possible.
