I ordered redmi note 10 aqua green instead of frost white by mistake and I asked for colour change they said we will this was before billing and after 3 days now they are telling they can't change the colour and cancellation process because it is already shipping customer care executive telling we will update you whenever I call to them same reply and most of the time they will cut the call am really very dissatisfied and disappointed
