Complaint marked as Resolved i approached Axis bank ashiana lucknow office and their RO several times but no positive action was taken by them. i reported matter to ZO AND HO of bank but nothing . bank rejected my claim on false and unfounded grounds. i approached banking ombudsman but they gave stock reply of bank.
my point among others is when i instructed the bank to deposit amt in TDS account then why it was credited in NON TDS ACCOUNT. IT WAS DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE OF BANK AND MY INTEREST JEOPARDISED. SO PLEASE PREVAIL UPON BANK FOR RECOVERY OF 11322/- + damages of rs50000/- for mental and physical injury to me . i am a senior citizen of 64yrs and do not expect such cheating and callous behavior from bank.
plz treat as most urgent and help me getting justice.
