[Resolved]  Sanjay Nagpal Rto Agent — Daksh Enterprises And Sanish Enterprises Sanjay Nagpal- doing fraud

Dear Sir,
Mr. Sanjay Nagpal, who is a RTO agent (Sanish Enterprises) is not returning Form 20 and Form 21 and papers for Car registration.

Shri Sanjay Nagpal, ( Sanish Enterprises Ghaziabad ) was given Rs 2000 by for Car registration. But unfortunately, after taking Rs 2000 he blocked me on whatsup and in call too . Please help me to get return my money and papers.

He is not responding to phone calls whatsApp messages and even emails.
Sanjay Nagpal has so far not returned the papers and Sanjay Nagpal is not responding to calls and messages.

I believed SULEKHA thinking that service provider names provided by Sulekha are reliable and I am suffering.
