Sanjeev Maurya — wrong ticket issued to passengers

Respected Railway Minister Govt of India Kindly inform you that some passengers are facing a big problem to collect their ticket on agra mathura root. as my knowledge that railway is converting its line to braod gaze between kasganj and bareilly, but tickets are issued to mathura kasganj soro from haridwar or some other stations. when passengers come to bareilly they wiil be got down from tarian because train can not go further. so why railway issued ticket for thair stations while train can not go to that stations. so please check it and pass order to all stations to stop distributing wrong tickets to passengers so they can give correct money for last station. thanking you.
