Sankari Krishnan — Peak pricing charges

I am in Nanganallur. I am regular customer of ola cabs and I am booking daily auto and cars. On 22.11.2015 I booked Ola Mini from Nanganallur to Mylapore for my friend. They have charged Rs.591/- while see in break up peak pricing charges Rs.325.64. Then my friend called to ola customer care and they paid no car in my area so they sent a car for us. That is not our headache why should we give extra 325 rupees. This is not fair for ola such a big concern. I am very unhappy about and hereafter I have very bad opinion about booking cab in mobile app.
