Sir, my washing machine under warranty period & I have raised complaint that the noise comes from the dryer motor.
Ist I gave complaint on 28 Feb. Nobody came & call me. My complaint was cancelled. Then again on 3rd March, when I call to service centre to know about my complain, then he told me your complaint has been cancelled. Then, I raised again complaint but same thing was happened with me.
After this, I call on 17 Mar 23 at 11:20 Am, again the service centre raised my complaint & assure me that within 24 hours technician will visit your house. When 24 hours completed & nobody came. Then I again call on 18 Mar 23 at 1 Pm, then again assured me that till evening our technician will definitely visit to repair the washing machine, but nobody came. Again, I called on 19 Mar 23, then again assured me that the available technician will visit your house on 19 Mar, but again nobody came.
Sir, now I really fed up that why I bought Sansui Washing machine which service is very poor. No body cares about the complaint. Only excuses are given to me.
