Santa Monica Study Abroad — Money not refunded

I dropped the study abroad plan as i have family issues and money problem and they are not giving back the registration fees that is 2360/- inr and they did not started with any process as i was waiting for my Ielts score so they need to give back the money and they are telling it is company policy.
