Sanyo — Faulty product being sold

Address: Flat Number 303, NG Tivoli, Near Mayor House, Mira Road East

I had purchased a TV of Sanyo from Amazon on February 2021 and it has multiple problems. The screen is dusty, the HDMI ports do not work and there are a few more.
I have informed the company about this but to no avail. They want to repair it, but why should I take a TV not even a year old in repaired condition. I want replacement.
