Sarah Aqua Soft — Water purifier system not working

I bought a ro system of aquasoft from the dealer of ghaziabad in the month of february but now its 5 month completed their is no person comes to service my ro system, i called them many times but their is response and now today one of the executive come to my home and they told me that the motor is not working and you have to pay money for this motor as well as for the service, i told him that its still in warranty then why are you asking the money, he said that this motor is not cover in warranty and you need to pay for the same, after discussion by the executive, i called to the dealer & he also asking the money. At the time of purchasing the dealer told me that its has 1 year warranty of all the items including services bur now they asking me the money to repair my reverse osmosis.
