We have paid Rs 14000/- on 5th Oct 2017, Despite of follow up there is no response & we have sent several emails till now there is a response and they have not provided any service fo the money paid

Till now there is no response, my last complaint was Dec 22 and 2020 earlier to this more than 10 mails i have sent
