Our Present contract is Valid till 22nd July 2015 but we stopped getting leads from 29th May 2015. When we contacted Just Dial we were told that as their sales person collected lesser amount from us, they have curtailed 12 months to 10 months.
Infact our last year contract was due for renewal in Sep 2014 only whereas we were wrongly informed by their sales person Sankar that our renewal is due in July 2014 itself.When we found this and raised a complaint, we were told that he quoted lesser price adjusting this 2 months. But no point of time, he mentioned this to us and he told that as Just Dial get lot of complaint and poor enquiry, price has been lowered. Even after repeated complaint we made nearly for a month, there is no response from them. So already we last 2 months because of early renewal. Now again as they stopped sending enquiry 2 months before. So totally we lost 4 months leads for which we have paid. They steal public money. For none of our complaint, they reply to us. If they are genuine and their salesman’s words are true, why do they hesitate to reply to our complaints.
Every time, we face issue with Just dial. They will collect payment but will not activate our account. We are one of their regular victim. So this time we decided to write in forum and take this issue to consumer court with all the proofs we have. We know that they will respond whatever we complaint.
