Sir,
The distributor of sarang gas agency arrived at my home with cylender which i had booked online. My mother alone at home and she has been suffering from health issues, the agent collect cylender price ₹637 & inspection charge ₹236 (Total ₹873) but he charged ₹900 and mad statement if she didn't play for inspection charge then the cylender was not be provided to her. And single inspection he had done.

When i reached at gas office the chairman told me it mendatory by state government. And he had avoid my questions, what the inspection had/ will done? Etc.
Plz take action sir to tackle future corruption, and make safe one of the six consumer right.
