This mail is regarding putting a complaint against your shimpoli branch, borivali west.
This is to inform you that my father Mr. Govind Chavan has this primary saving account a/c no [protected], in your shimpoli branch, borivali west.
we deposited Rs.20, 000/- yesterday[protected], Time: 3.30pm) & received a counter receipt of the amount deposited but now even after 24 hours there has been no entry seen in my father's account of any deposits.
I have attached the scanned copy of my counter receipt below.
This is very unfortunate & unexpected from a bank like saraswat to hold someone's money as we were liable to pay certain amount today in urgency & because bank has not done its duty we had to face its consequences. If we continue to get such services we would surely remove all our current & saving & loan accounts from this bank.
There are other complains i would like to let you know about our housing loan, saraswat bank branch shimpoli Manager promised to get a loan of Rs. 90 lakhs but they sanctioned only Rs. 66 lakhs & they took processing fees & many other fees too, they made us take up insurance which has yearly premium of Rs. 1, 00, 000.
Because my purpose was not completed in this sanctioned amount as they failed to be on their commitment i had to take loan from Housing Finance.
Now All the losses i incurred have got me into a pressurized situation & facing monitory issues, i blame Saraswat for the same & now this yesterday's incident makes me feel insecure about my money kept in this bank & i am left with no trust with the bank & branch.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
