Saraswat Bank — cash handling charges rule

I am having current account in your cidco aurangabad branch by name mattest laboratory acc. No.[protected].
On 18th august i have withdrawn rs.5 lakhs and you have deducted rs.295 from my account today. Your cashier did not inform me about this rule since you have done this without my knowledge. You are requested to reverse the entry

Dear sir/ madam,

Before a 7 days i used saraswat banks debit card to fill petrol on petrol pump, while i swap the card transaction was declined but amount was debited from my account, pls help to refund the same as early as possible..
