I tapan hatkar, My A/c No-[protected], yesterday i.e. on 12th July 2018 at 5:47:08 pm from Virar Road Offsite Thane Atm. from my Account there is withdrawal of Cash Rs 9500/- while my balance is Rs.25.63. My Account is with Girgaon Branch. At that I was in my office located in fort and my atm was with my wife & she was in borivali so can the withdrawal can happen there no fraud phone calls or any messages From yesterday itself I have gone 3 police stations no has replied me proper. I have requested them to file a complaint. The three police station were Vp police station, Azad Maidan Police Stn, Virar Police Station. They replied that we have to go and complain it directly to the Bank as it is the New Rule of RBI.
Today morning when I visited my Girgaon branch the employe of the bank did not allow me to meet the Branch Manager. They said me to go & meet the another person who is handling the fraud case and the person said me that we have 1st file the complaint. I[censored] guys are do not want to respond in this matter I will mail it directly to the Official government site. From last 10 years above I have my account with you. It was my salary in the account if I dont get this money how will I survive this month I have a small baby with me. So kindly respond to this matter as soon as possible. Highly Obliged.
